Tefzel Wire a Lightweight Wall Cross-Linked ETFE Wire best suited in automotive applications where small diameter, minimal weight, high mechanical strength and resistance to high PH cleaning fluids, fuels, lubricating oils, and many other chemicals is desired. Due to its superior abrasion resistance and its ability to withstand temperatures up to +150ºC, it is typically used as engine harness wiring.
For added protection, we recommend Tefzel Wire be used in conjunction with our Military Grade Adhesive Lined Heat Shrinkable Tube and Raychem DR-25 Heat Shrink.
